Permissions, sync, deletion, import, redownload, and CarPlay.

Email [email protected] or call +48 504 159 350. When reporting a problem, include the device model, iOS or iPadOS version, app version 1.0 (build 1), the feature affected, and the exact error text. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, microphone recordings, or private imported questions.
Start Voice Drill from inside the app. Permissions are requested only when you start it.
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Microphone and enable AI Governance Prep.
Open Settings > Privacy & Security > Speech Recognition and enable AI Governance Prep.
Return to the app and try a short choice such as “A,” “option two,” “repeat,” or “skip.” Reduce background noise and confirm no other app is holding the microphone.
If the app says on-device recognition is unavailable, use tap answers. AI Governance Prep does not fall back to sending your audio off device. On-device recognition availability depends on the device, installed language support, and Apple operating system.
If the permission switches do not appear, restart the app and start Voice Drill once so iOS can present the request. Apple documents microphone controls at support.apple.com.
Reminders do not appear
In AI Governance Prep > Settings, turn Daily reminder off and on, then choose the time. This is the only action that requests notification permission.
Open Settings > Apps > AI Governance Prep > Notifications and turn Allow Notifications on. Choose the alert styles and sounds you want. Apple documents this path at support.apple.com/en-la/120681.
Check Focus modes and Scheduled Summary if delivery is delayed.
Open the app after study sessions. It rewrites local reminders from current due cards and schedules a limited forward window plus a weekly nudge.
Reminders are local; there is no publisher push server. If you turn reminders off, the app removes its scheduled study reminders.
iCloud progress does not sync
Confirm both devices use the same Apple Account.
On each device, open Settings > your name > iCloud > See All next to Saved to iCloud, then enable AI Governance Prep if it is listed. Apple documents current iCloud app controls at support.apple.com/en-euro/118225.
Confirm iCloud Drive is enabled, the device is online, and iCloud storage is available.
Open AI Governance Prep > Settings. If it says Syncing is off — this device only, copy the displayed error text into a support email. The app remains usable locally.
Keep the app open briefly on each device after making progress. Avoid deleting or reinstalling while a sync is pending.
Do not create test progress on multiple devices while diagnosing an account or provisioning problem; private CloudKit may merge records after service returns.
The publisher cannot see, restore, merge, or directly delete records in your private CloudKit database.
Reset or remove data
The controls have different scopes:
Erase all progress deletes question review records, answer records, reading milestones, and timed mock-exam attempts, and cancels local reminder schedules. It leaves the optional exam date and other preferences, and imported JSON.
Remove imported questions deletes the imported JSON file and is shown only when imported questions are present.
For the most complete removal currently available:
Open AI Governance Prep > Settings and choose Remove imported questions if shown.
Choose Erase all progress and confirm.
Delete the app through Settings > General > iPhone Storage or iPad Storage > AI Governance Prep > Delete App. Do not use Offload App; Apple notes that offloading preserves documents and data: support.apple.com/en-us/108429.
Open Settings > your name > iCloud > Manage Account Storage. If AI Governance Prep is listed, open it and use Apple's displayed delete-data control. Wording differs by OS version. Turning sync off alone does not necessarily remove data already stored in iCloud.
Delete the app from other signed-in devices if their local copies remain.
Allow an in-app deletion to synchronize before deleting the app if you want that deletion to propagate. If data returns or the app is not shown in iCloud storage controls, email [email protected]; private iCloud architecture limits what the publisher can remove on your behalf.
Import or remove questions
Prepare a UTF-8 JSON array. Each object must contain domain, question, options, answer, and explanation; answer is the zero-based index of the correct option.
In AI Governance Prep > Settings > Question bank, choose Import questions from JSON and select one file.
Read the result message. Duplicate, malformed, or otherwise invalid entries are skipped. A new valid import replaces the prior imported file rather than merging with it.
To remove the import, choose Remove imported questions. Imported content stays in the local app container and is not included in private iCloud progress sync.
Only import content you own or are authorized to use. The publisher does not review, recover, or receive your imported file.
Redownload a paid copy
Use the same Apple Account that bought the app. On iPhone or iPad, open App Store > your account picture > Apps & Purchase History > Your Apps > Not on this device, find AI Governance Prep, and tap the redownload button. Apple maintains the current steps at support.apple.com/en-nz/102417.
You should not be charged again for an eligible redownload shown in that purchase history. Availability, device compatibility, Family Sharing, refunds, billing, and purchase-history issues are controlled by Apple; use support.apple.com/billing if the app is missing or a charge is unexpected. Deleting and redownloading can restore private iCloud progress but does not guarantee recovery of local-only data or imported JSON.
CarPlay audio or Voice Drill does not appear
AI Governance Prep provides a minimal CarPlay screen for starting Voice Drill and viewing talking or listening status. Spoken answers use the connected iPhone's microphone and on-device recognition. The app does not display a full quiz, answer choices, or mock exams on the CarPlay screen.
Confirm the vehicle supports CarPlay and that the iPhone has a current iOS version.
Connect directly with a known-good cable, or for wireless CarPlay confirm Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and Auto-Join are enabled.
Confirm Siri is enabled and CarPlay is allowed under Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Allowed Apps.
Open Settings > General > CarPlay, choose the vehicle, and confirm AI Governance Prep is available in Customize. Launch the app on iPhone once after installation.
Restart the iPhone and vehicle. If necessary, use Settings > General > CarPlay > vehicle > Forget This Car, then pair again.
Start Voice Drill from CarPlay. If permission is needed or the CarPlay screen says to open the iPhone, unlock the iPhone, grant microphone and speech-recognition access there, and try again.
For lesson or note playback, start it on the iPhone and check Now Playing, the vehicle volume, mute state, and audio route.
Apple's current connection troubleshooting is at support.apple.com/en-us/105109. CarPlay availability also depends on Apple's managed capability, the production-signed app, the vehicle, and region.
Accessibility help
AI Governance Prep uses native Apple interfaces where possible. Accessibility support must be verified on each released device family before the publisher makes an App Store accessibility-label claim. If VoiceOver focus, Larger Text, Voice Control, contrast, motion, orientation, or another assistive setting blocks a common task, email the exact screen and steps to [email protected].
